DreamsList provides tools to help users organize, track, and manage goals and ideas. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.
Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreams List. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate laws or regulations, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use the service for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Dreams List has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited and will be removed, and the responsible accounts may be suspended. We provide in-app reporting and blocking tools on all user-generated content, and we act on reports within 24 hours.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, content, and materials remain the property of DreamsList or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant DreamsList a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service.
Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamsList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
